Fiat Punto Brake Fluid Leak

Mrs J's 02 Punto is leaking brake fluid from the pipe that goes down from the reservoir to wherever it goes.

It looks to me as though the pipe has split a little where it meets the reservoir.

Is this as simple to fix as snipping off the split bit and pushing it back on?
