156 V6.....how easy is it to swap the engine?? How much £££?

Hi guys, i've just bought another 156 V6 as my waterpump failed and i suspect the head has warped and gods knows what else! I got the other one because the engine is excellent condition and had loads of work done to it. I want to know how easy the engines are to swap over, and if so how much do you think a mechanic would charge??

I want to swap the entire engine and gearbox over in one go.

Any comments will be greatly appreciated.

That includes a new engine which he's got so maybe less than half of that.
