what is stated on the log book ie auto,manual or semi-auto as the misses is limited to auto only. thanks guys.

The actual mechanics of the gearbox are irrelevant; it's the method that the driver uses to control it which is key. If you have to use a clutch pedal then you need a manual license, otherwise you're ok on an auto license.
