Brera upgrade shocks?
Discussion
I've had a 2.0JTS 156 for the last 5 years and it's time to change.
Youngest is son is off to uni soon and will have his own wheels so practicality can be ignored pretty much.
I'm leaning strongly towards a 2.4JTDM Brera as it sounds like it will have decent performance and economy, but have read a lot about the less than great handling. Does anyone have any experience in upgrading the shocks? Is it worth it? If so, to what?Any comments/experiences gladly received.

I think they missed a trick not doing an S version of the JTD, but there you go.
To the OP, drive one before you start worrying about tuning it. It's a much better A & B road drive than any 156 variant - it can actually soak up bumps to start with. No, it might not feel as light and pointy but in all other respects the Brera is superior to the 156. It is a Grand Tourer though. Don't be thinking it's a 205 GTi!
