My Handbook says 37.5 on the front and 35 on the back.

Seems wayyyyy too high. What do you think i should run? I dont fancy wearing my tyres down too far!

Nope, it's right.

Seems higher than you expect, but I've only had excessive wear once, and that was due to the tracking being out.

You definitely get the best out of the handling with Alfa's recommendation.

fair enough. i best pump them up a bit them. currently at 32.

I had a thick fit fitter once think i was off my head when i told him the front psi on my now departed 3.0 were 39.

Used to run SWiMBO's Spider at 40/38, drove much better imho.

Remember, changing the wheel and tyre combination means that you'll have to adjust the tyre pressures to suit.

Lower profile tyres generally requires you to increase the tyre pressure somewhat.

im back on standard wheels/rubber so that shouldnt be an issue.

O/T shouldnt that be decrease the pressure if you reduce the area inside the tyre??
