156 Lusso, Bose stereo

Thumbing through the owners manual for my 156 Lusso, there is a small section mentioning a Bose speaker system. I assumed it was standard fitment on the Lusso, but I can't find and extra speakers/amps buried anywhere.
How can I tell if I've got the good stuff?

It says BOSE on the door tweeters if you've got the Bose system - although apparently the tweeters are dummies as they are built into the main speakers with the Bose stereo.
I'm not sure which models got it, my 156 Veloce has a standard system, my 147 GTA has Bose.

My veloce has the bose system and i thought it was standard on veloce and gta.

It was standard for a while and then optional again.
You'll know if you've got it!

Yeah it used to be standard and no longer standard, however sometimes it depends on the country where you purchase your equipment whether or not it is standard!

Bose was standard on Lusso models between 2002-2003. This coincided with the half facelift before the full Giugiaro facelift of July 2003. Bose was available as an option from July 2003 onwards on Lusso and Veloce models.
