Got one on the GTA and it although I feel sure it doesn't improve performance it does make a lovely intake noise smile.

Got the impression it doesn't make a huge difference by itself, but allows more radical remapping to be carried out.

No worries smile I cant really take the credit as there are quite a few threads over on AO.com about it.
All those millions of pounds you've spent on your Spider (I read the thread!) and then you resort to the vulgarity of homemade drainpipe intakes, shame on you! laugh

cheeky monkey! smile Fair play to the Spider at the moment, I have had 3 months and 10k miles of smooth motoring out of it, I just need it to last until October and then its getting retired in a warm garage for the Winter.

I have probably cursed it now.....
I presume the car permanently resides in the Netherlands? Being an East Yorkshire lad I'm not that far from your UK roots myself.

Indeedy, its on Dutch plates now (but funky Government ones smile )

I want to try and get some sort of smaller plate made up for the front and mount it offset, but its all too much like hard work right now!

Thar she blows! :

Timeless shape and refreshing to see one on aftermarket alloys too lick
