Audi virgin: looking at convertibles

I've never owned an Audi, but I fancy a convertible one (older one, <£2 if possible). I've owned two SAAB convertibles (classics) in the past.

Can you get a decent one for that monay? What should I look for? Can you get them with cruise? Happy to have a larger engine as I don't do too many miles and being an old fart my insurance is cheap. Not concerned about man or auto (unless I should be.....?)

Well, i've never come across an audi convertible for less than two pounds. But you can keep on looking
