A/C compressor/pump - same across all models?

Any technical guys able to help?

My A/C compressor (on my 2001 156 V6) has given up. I'm not really that bothered about it to pay £3-400 for a new replacement, but if I can get one used for say under £100 (ideally less than £50) then I'll do it. Which means looking for a breaker on the Bay/elsewhere. However, 99% of the ones about are 1.8/2.0's, which I assume has different mountings etc to the V6 (which mine is). However, I've seen one on the Bay (off a V6) called "Sanden B722" for £94, but also "Sanden B722" for 1.6/1.8 etc for £25. Are they all the same?

V6 only...but it looks to be the same across the modern Alfas with V6 engines.
