I was chatting to my yougest lad the other day (23). He asked if I'd ever heard of Bob Larimer as he'd been watching him on this new series and thought he was hilarious, funnier than the 'shock' comedians.

Obviously Mortimer, so go Bob!

Bob back? I wonder if he's a contestant again as returning champ or if he'll be doing something else.

Diane Morgan will be a strong contestant I think.

I read about this when the first series was out but couldn't watch it as we only have poor persons' TV channels.

However, round at some friends at the weekend and we watched the first episodes of the new series with them and then binge watched the whole first series. I can honestly say I haven't laughed at anything on TV so much in years. Absolutely hilarious.

And i have to say that, if i was in there and Bob Mortimer came up to me with his laptop and asked if I wanted to hear a song, I'd just walk straight out in order not to delay the inevitable...

We're watching the first series again whilst waiting for the second to drop, love it. We did try the Irish one to get our fix (and I like Aisling) but it was terrible, gave up on it quickly. Not tried the other country versions yet after such a bad experience, will likely stick with UK one biggrin.

Binged the first series at the weekend and laughed out loud

Bob Mortimer is a certified genius and I couldn't sit in a room with Joe Wilkinson and not laugh....

The guy pencil-drawing willies and boobs was hilarious, as was Bob's magic show.

We're on the second series now and it's not as good.

Binged the second series as far as they've released. Started off great but got rather dull later on.

Jimmy Carr move on Romesh was a total dick move. Shat a see you next Tuesday. Sam's joker ended too soon. Thought he was going to get David Mitchell over the bazookas.

I think it is one you need to be in the right mood for (booze helps...)

A lot of it it felt forced, but some of it was brilliant - Mortimer and Ayoade exchanges particularly. The long biscuit/arms dealer bit had me in tears.
"She dealt in swords" killed me.

I’ve never laughed at the TV as much as when Sam said they had asked him to judge junior naked attraction.

I can't believe Mel is still in! I was sure she'd be first out, along with Alan!

Agree that Jimmy's move on Romesh was un-called for. I can only assume they did that to everyone and he was the only one that broke - hence they had to show it.

Diane's joker had me in tears.

Watching some of the other versions has made me realise how spoilt we are with great comedy in this country!

Absolutely brilliant TV. My wife and I were in absolute stitches at the weekend watching these, which is really all you can ask for!

He is VERY good at firing shots back at people. I wouldn't be surprised if he won.

I don’t find him funny at all. Just weird.
