Nice. Which year release did you get?
I'd be after a pair if I didn't have the Wizards already.
2016 release. I like how it stays true to the original with the red tongue and Nike Air on the back tab. Even if the red tongue does clash with the blue A la spiderman!I'd be after a pair if I didn't have the Wizards already.
I hear crumbling can be an issue but as they're <10 years old it should be ok. Need to make sure they're worn fairly often to stop the crumbling!

Brand new or used?

Used pair for that same reason.I hear crumbling can be an issue but as they're <10 years old it should be ok. Need to make sure they're worn fairly often to stop the crumbling!
They look clean but they will become my daily. I’ve never been fussed on used pairs so long as they have clearly been looked after/hygienically cleaned - so I tend only to buy from others’ collections. Always some great deals to be had over deadstock too. If they start cracking could always do a sole swap as they are very valuable being True blues although knowing my luck they will get another retro soon lol
Apologies if posted on wrong thread but I need some help please.
Wife bought me a pair of adidas spezial's that she got customised but unfortunately she purchased a half size too small for my feet.
I'm getting blisters on my heels when I wear them and obviously cannot send them back to swap for a biger size due to them being customised.
So, what are my options? Is there any way to "stretch" them?

You can take out the insoles on gazelles and spezials, but you will need to rip them out
I’ve done it on a couple of pairs as I wanted to remove the arch support
I like gazelles but I have to say the insoles are pretty cheap and nasty compared to the uppers
You could probably use a hair dryer to warm the glue. It should make it a bit easier to remove. I’ve done it on a couple of pairs as I wanted to remove the arch support

Usually a lot more flexibility with price when it comes to used rather than the DS pairs. Last True Blue was 2016 so maybe another release won't be far off. Although it did take them 10 years to release the Fear 3 again so could still be a few more years.
Did you go through an authenticity / legit check on them?

I've always been a bit put off from wearing someone's shoes. Although there have been some "worn once / twice" shoes which basically looked brand new which I considered buying. Cleaning the shoes and swapping insoles is always an option as well I guess.

Fire Red’s on foot today at the office… I love Jordan 3’s! “Smart” and comfy enough (although the white cements and true blues are more understated) enough not to p
s off the more senior civil service bods while those who know know..(These ones were brand new)

Agree, 3s are such a comfy shoe. Got my eye on the midnight navy ones coming up. Fire Red’s on foot today at the office… I love Jordan 3’s! “Smart” and comfy enough (although the white cements and true blues are more understated) enough not to p

There’s also a “Georgia Peach” coming out which looks quite similar to Fire Red and a a black version of the J Balvin collab (“Rio”). Neither particular interest me though tbh,I’m a big Jordan Brand fan, but mainly 1-6 (except 2, no one likes those surely?). I’ve got to say the Jordan 5 is tied with the 3 for comfort but they look a bit garish, but very cool. It’s insane how uncomfortable the 4s and 1s are. All of the Jordan 1s are truly horrendous but the 4’s can be variable. I have quite a few pairs of Jordan 4, for me the Motorsport and Taupe Haze are the most comfortable. The Jordan 4 Thunder is absolutely terrible for your pinky toes!!

I wore my J3 Wizards to the office yesterday and have a pair of Fire Red sitting in a box waiting for me at another address.

Yeah the Gerogia ones are women though so not sure they'll run big enough for me. Also, I find Nike's ability to show red/orange accurately in their marketing is shocking so I'd need to see some in had shots to work out the colour of those.I’m a big Jordan Brand fan, but mainly 1-6 (except 2, no one likes those surely?). Agree with you on the 5s, I've several pairs but their a bit harder to style because of the collar. Also, I'm never sure what to do with the toggle on the laces on mine, am I pulling the laces through to tighten and then doing them up or what

2's remind me of bowling shoes too much.

Removing the laces from the first couple of holes.
Running the laces through the end of the lace locks, tightening so they sit tight against the tongue, pulling the laces around the back or the tongue and then tying behind tongue before putting the end of the laces through the first hole on the side to sit a bit loosely.
Shows off the tongue a bit more and looks a lot cleaner too
