King prawns in garlic, salt & chilli

I enjoy making lots of Indian and Chinese, and generally prefer my own to takeaways. The Mrs and I are both fatties and doing Slimming World, so it also helps in that I can doctor the recipes to suit our needs in that respect.
One of my takeaway favourites is as per the title, and can I find a recipe for it?! I wondered if the good people of PH could help on this? I think from a takeaway it is deep-fried, possibly just stir-fried, so obviously I'll need to do some doctoring...
