Need to stock up on everyday chilli sauce.
What's your current sauce of choice?

I like quite hot (but no zillion scoville sauce stuff).
Going to try Tabasco habenero if I can find it.

I love fresh chillies but am not keen on the pissing-up-the-wall sauces.

I'm very keen on Reggae-reggae jerk/bbq sauce at the moment, nice and hot if used like brown/tomato or meat sauce with a nice flavour of its own too. Not sure if you want it to add to cooked dishes, I always use fresh in those cases, scotch bonnet being my preference, just a little if you want a nice flavour without too much heat or lots if you want it very hot.

I thought the Reggae sauce was odd tbh, a bit sweet, and that putting your tongue on a 9v battery kind of taste.

Mad Dog 357 Ghost. It's hot, but not uncomfortably so, amazing flavour too, quite sweet to finish

You sound like Judge #1 from the chilli joke/story

Most people would be like judge #3 "What the hell is this stuff? You could remove dired paint from your driveway. Took me two beers to put out the flames. I hope that the worst one. These Texans are crazy".

Bloody hell Stu! <and I quote from www.scorchio.co.uk> "Made with the world's hottest chilli, the Bhut Jolokia, this isn't just super hot. This is world record killer hot. Open up the Guiness Book of Records and you'll see, the 'ghost pepper' as many call it, new reigns as the champion. But since you can't taste the book, taste this. You'll see. This is as scary as it gets! Or should be say 'bhut' be careful. Mad Dog 357 Ghost Pepper Hot Sauce may take more than your breath away. "

It's pretty hot, but it's by no means pure ghost chili. Not as bad as Dave's for example.
