Bent wheel - how bent?
Discussion
Fitted new brake pads this afternoon, quick shake-down run, top up with petrol for tomorrow. Get home, seems one of the lovely potholes on the road to Penn Street (for the locals) has taken a liking to my front wheel. I have a spare front wheel which is a bit kerbed, I'll get the tyre fitted on it at a local tyre fitters first thing tomorrow. However, what is the PHer verdict on this wheel? Should I be driving on it? Is it repairable?

Mine wasn`t quite as bad as that, but i got a wooden mallot, covered the damaged area with a cloth and hammered back into shape a bit. There is no vibration from the front end and with the wheels being Anthricite it don`t look to bad.
Get your mallot out and give it a go, you have nothing to lose?
I will try and get a pic up.
here we go.

Had mine done recently at a place at High Wycombe.
Mine imho was worse, charged about £65.00.
I'll have a search for the number.
