No no i dont sell your details mate. I dont know your details. When you sign up the site generates emails to people like aixion who hold all our personal deails (from when we make purchases etc with comapnies) and tell them they are no longer allowed to trade those details. When a company uses your details from that point forward you get paid instead of the company.
Sorry edit. I get a whole £1 out of sending you an email. I could quite easily just bosh out loads of emails to whoever but thats not fair as if someone isnt interested im not going to waste their time and patience by sending an unwanted referal.

So you get f

I don get anything for selling anything. I dont sell its a referal for people to join. Once you sigh up you control all your details that are currently being used for free by the larger companies for advertising and promotion.
1. You sign up for free and the website asks you what you wish to do. i.e remove all details from advertising eliminating junk mail etc, take control and sell them yourself etc
2. They generate mails for you and you just have to proof read the responses from the big companies and agree its what you want.
3. Put in items you are possibly looking at buying in the near future and if you wish to sell these details to companies
4. Within a few months you start generating a small amount on your details.
Is that a bit clearer now?
Whats with the attitude though buddy? I was only trying to help. Its been in the newspapers and all sorts but no one was discussing what I thought was a fantastic idea.

I obviously doing a bad job at explaining myself and people are becoming over defensive. Heres an extract from the sites webbby. It will explain things better than me.
By law, you always have a right to opt-out of any marketing scheme. This means that you can get in contact with the company who have been pestering you and demand to be removed from their marketing database.
Alternatively, you can sign up for schemes like the Mail Preference Service or the Telephone Preference service. These are central opt-out registers that stop companies and organisations from getting in contact with you.
You can opt-out and register for these various services yourself (learn how here) but at ALLOW we know that people don’t always have the time to deal with these problems. That’s why we provide a free service to ALLOW members to put a stop to much of the unsolicited marketing and regain control with just a few clicks of the mouse. Through ALLOW you can easily and simply register for the opt-out schemes and also contact the top marketing databases and exercise your rights to opt-out – all at the touch of few buttons. This is a great way to drastically reduce your exposure to unwanted marketing quickly. You can also do most of these things yourself without ALLOW’s help (although the process will take significantly longer) - if you want to do this then visit these links here.
Ok I am NOT a scammer. Anyone that knows me on here knows what I do for a living and I simply cannot and would not go down that road. I posted it here as an attempt to help fellow PH'ers and with any luck we can all take control of our own details again. Hope this helps.
