looks like a good, solid, if not brilliant start for audi. Proper tight competition in store for the race by the sounds of this.

I was there in person. Thanks goes out to Planet Le Mans' twitter feed for telling us what was going on as it was impossible to work out. No screens anywhere save the start finish straight and too noisy to hear JH's radio Le Mans updates on the PA. Yes, we should have taken radios!
Brilliant place to watch a race from and being 6 hours long, plenty of time to walk the track and see it all!

If was a brilliant race, we got there midday friday and was dissapointed the racing was cancelled after the oak crash, but drowned our sorrows in the racing hotel. saturday was great, but the RLM signal only worked near the main complex, once past eau rouge we could not get it at all. However the french version seemed a little stronger and got some info from that. A great trip
It was a cracking race, went over with AD RML but sadly we did not even make it past practice due to a pretty horrific crash just past Pif Paf (sp) Bloody superb weekend though and got to have dinner with the stig
