Not barbless, otherwise I would have pulled it myself!

You can just make out the reflection of all the staff in the X ray pics laughing along with my pain!

Thats why you should use barbless...I stopped using barbed hooks years ago after i did something similar..Did you drop the rod whilst baiting up...Or was you trying to cast yourself into the water as it was quite warm today..

Yes Ian, a ringblock and it hurt more than the bloody hook going in!

It was quite funny really, sitting by the lake at 4 in the morning thinking 'shall I push it through' but after the first attempt I decided that A&E was the way to go.

All I could think of was 'gotta get some pics of this or no one will believe me'
