Morning folks, as those who have seen some of my other recent threads will know I've been tasked with selling my mums Peugeot Partner Combi. It's a 56 plate one owner = ex demonstrator, with 53k on the clock and full documented service history (but not stamped in the book) with the 1.6Hdi engine in escapade trim. Now clearly this isn't the type of thing that will appeal to most of us on here (so this is clearly not a BUY MY CAR thread) but I was wondering if anybody has any ideas with regards to value.

My mum is hoping for around 6 grand which I've already told her I think is way over and not going to happen, I'm thinking more around the 4.5 to 5k mark? But would be happy to hear any other ideas before I get adds up in various other places.

Cheers in advance
Stu

Firstly get the booked stamped up if possible.

I know its documented but potential buyers always like to see a book full of stamps.

Not many for sale on Atrader but this might make your Mum see sense.

Newer & lower mileage for £4500 and thats starting price. I would think it would go for £150-200 less.

We'll keep that one quite from mum, already know she has high expectations about value but if I told her Trade value would be £3k I think she's burst into tears lol

Hi GG thanks for this, We're going to go with £4700 knowing all to well that we'll get less than that, but thats part of the fun of selling the car after all. Just need to get a few odds and sods to get it tarted up (well mainly fully valet the damned thing as it looks like her horse has been sleeping in it) and then listed for sale.

They are quite rare at that price. Only 6 listed on Atrader so you have that advantage.
Good luck.

better to actually sell it than have it sitting around for a bit. Seems like a lot considering the trade value - but you mght be lucky!

Do remember that in a few weeks, trade value wont be as MUCH as £3k.

CAP says its worth more than some on here suggest

PARTNER COMBI DIESEL ESTATE
1.6 HDi Escapade 5dr (ID:33274)
Mileage:53000
Date of Registration:September 2006

But I don't know enough about them to say whether or not it will actually get those figures...

You could try it on eBay with a reserve and see what it gets (and if u get a good offer cash in hand, end early!!!).

Good luck fella :-)
