The Inforad K2 seems pretty good.

Warns of static camera positions and known mobile ones and also audibly warns you if you are over the limit.

Free updates also.

If you get a TomTom (or any other satnav) get static camera (and mobile sites) database from here http://www.pocketgpsworld.com/modules.php?name=Cam.... You do have to pay an annual membership of £20 (may be a bit less from memory). They update the database monthly, it's up to you how often you download updates while you are a member. It is a very accurate database with very few omissions (if you spot a static camera omission and report it first you get a free lifetime membership) and cheap compared to others (which are nowhere near as complete). Database can be UK / Europe or rest of world.

The cameras download as POI's on to the TomTom and you can set it up to warn you (visually and audibly) at various distances. I have been using this on my motorbike and car for years. My licence is still clean. If you have any queries check out the forums on the site in the above link.

I use Pocket GPS World all the time, and am now a lifetime member, as I submit cameras.

I found that they update the database weekly rather than monthly
