E36 318iS up to 328i Sport

Hi all

Have a very nice 318iS that's all very well and fits the bill nicely - no rust, very reliable, nice to drive and look at, but a little bit dull and gutless.

Looking at a 328i Sport this evening that from the outside appears idesntical to my 318 but has a bigger engine. Can anyone make any useful suggestions of things to look out for when viewing / test driving the car apart from the usual rusty arches that I should be looking out for on one of these?
