Picked up our new-to-us '08 XK on Saturday ending our TVR-owning period after two Chimaeras and a late Tuscan IIS

Have to say what a truly delightful car the XK is. Utterly different to the Tiv's but exactly in the way we want it to be.

We're certainly happy we chose the XK over our other TVR-replacement choice of a DB9 - even more so since the 50 mile commute to work this morning returned 29.2 mpg going no slower or faster than usual - very impressed with that indeed.

Happy times ahead methinks!

Congrats, beautiful cars you lucky man. I was drooling over one at local Jag dealer at weekend while looking at S types, unfortunately the xk is out my reach for a few years yet.
