Using an old Girling book the casting marks on the clutch master cylinder reference to a left hand drive triumph TR6.
Its just a Girling 0.7" bore master cylinder at the end of the day, to ensure it works correctly you may well need to swap your existing push rod to the new cylinder.
This can be done simply by removing the circlip under the rubber boot.
You can pick up a 0.7" Girling copy at reasonable cost from places like Merlin Motorsports.

Just watch out for the pipe fitting, they are often different to the TVR one & you don't want to have to make up a new pipe.
Sorry I don't have any info on the slave cylinder.

I would save my time hunting for pattern parts and get the right ones from Clever trev or similar.
As a thought, my old clutch started slipping and was hardly worn. On inspection, the clutch fitted was wrong and when it was slightly worn, the pressure plate became under load from the release bearing, slippy clutch!
