Have come up against them in competition. From what customers told me I believe they are of the 'sell on the spot' type, where the initial price is quite high (perhaps overpriced?), then it gets whittled down to a point where the customer is happy or till it can go no further. Then there are the offers that will be withdrawn if the customer fails to buy there and then. It's not the type of selling I would be happy with and again not the way I'd like to buy. Dolphin do have access to some good products though.

It's not the sort of kitchen selling I would like to do either. I expect to do at least two visits at the bare minimum, and a good deal of emailing and phone calls as well in the process of designing and specifying a kitchen that the customers will be happy with. To do all that in one visit, I don't know how they do it.
