Five stud conversion

Has any one changed to the five stud hubs to fit 16" spider wheels,apart from the hubs and disc's what else do you need.Is there anybody who supply's the complete kit.Any help would be appreciated

Hallo,
From the conversions I did I have a complete set left with NEW Anthracite 18 inch Spiders. ET33 all around. The only thing missing are the hubs.It comes with new discs ( front and rear) redrilled to spider pcd, pads, wheelbearing and spigot rings.

Thank's for the replys,I have spoken to sportmotive just need to think about whether i want the wheels that badly.It's going to cost a bit.
