To eBay or not?

After parting with my precat 4.3 griff last year and the garage clear out last weekend, you can see where this is going. I now find that I nearly have a complete car of spares just gathering dust. So my question is this. flea-bay or PH classifieds for selling these bits?

I tend to try here first, then flea bay. Most stuff sells on PH to be fair.

Hi, im currently rebuilding the front end of a pre-cat Griff and would be interested in knowing what parts you have to sell? Any bodywork parts? Having trouble finding a full front repair section at a reasonable cost, any body out there know where there is a front shell section?

Phil,
Have you tried bell hill garage in bath. They might have something tucked away it's worth a call, that's how we found a factory spec 4.3 BV for my dad.

Hand break gripOil filler cap

Hand break grip

Air vents + mounting box

Gear knobs

Bonnet stay.

Front indicator light orange

Both wiper arms

Wing mirror glass drivers side

5" light pods and clear covers,
N/S cover is cracked.

Swirl pot, has got a few cracks in mounting points

Bonnet rollers 8 pairs one in black rest
White.

Cooling fan and two mounting frames/guards.        

Wing mirrors, these are not complete they are missing glass, a motor and the front part of both main body's. The main body's are in good condition and all the door mounting fixtures are there.      

Full manifold Inc Y piece

Rear diff that needs a refurbishment

Socket to fit the special bolts that hold together the OZ alloy wheels

So many get the big gob 500 fronts I fear you may struggle. Good luck with the search though.

Hi, buying a new moulding may turn out to be the only way to get the job done, but was hoping to find a damaged shell somewhere, will try Bell Hill Garage (thanks for the lead Tank Boy). The later style with the wider opening probably makes more sense from the functional point of view, more air flow.

What i really want to do is convert to a removeable flip front so a complete front end shell would make more sense really to make a mould from..

any details, ie is this for a pre-cat? my manifolds are rusting away to nothing and new ones are a few pence!!

They are off a 92 4.3 Griff. I had the faces that bolt to the engine milled up face to help with sealing exhaust gaskets a bit better.

I can dig out a picture if you would like.
