Factory Fitted Red Rose Option

Does anyone know how to find out if a cerbera has a factory fitted red rose option or if it's aftermarket?

I recall - it was a long time ago, so I could be mistaken - that with the exception of the first two cars; that the Factory fit Cerbera Red Rose cars had a TVR style round button near to the left of the radio marked 95/97 for the fuelling. Those two first cars went to Giles Cooper/TVR Centre and one of his customers.

The button can also be retro fitted.
The only way is to check the build records I think.
Does it matter though - if its had the work done and the horses are there then you're fine.

Thanks TVRinBFG, I had a spin in a red rose cerbera a few weeks ago which had the 95/97 round aluminium button just to the left of the radio.
I really like it and am going to buy it, but it occurred to me this morning that you can have the red rose upgrades fitted aftermarket so I thought I’d try and find out if it’s been factory fitted or added later.

The factory did retro fit to some cars. TVR power do offer this 'after market' as do some specialists offer this eg Austec.
A factory original Red Rose is a rare thing. (he says as the owner of one).

Thanks Gazzab, so, for a Red Rose 4.5 that was fitted as part of the factory build, on what part of the literature that comes with the car should I be looking for this information to be documented?

The service book but this is written in pen so not really that safe!
Nemasis above might know from the factory records.
Of course it was introduced well into the manufacturing process and so wont be on 'earlier' cars.
