Any recommendations for selling my Ultima GTR?
I.e. kitcar sellers looking for nice stock.

The market is clearly dead at the moment, and ive priced mine very low.

If you're looking to offload it to a dealer, look at the dealers who are advertising in the 'kitcars' section on the PistonHeads classifieds; Total Headturners, Sovereign Car Sales and Hallmark Sports Cars come to mind.

Prepare to drop your trousers and bend over for them, though.

i've been looking for a while, why not put it on pistonheads? reason why they're not selling is because people want to much money for them, around 30K is reasonable

Ebay will get you the market price, In other words what your cars really worth, as opposed to what you think it maybe worth.
If your cars good you'll get a good price, though with petrol prices continually rising the chances of a 'snap' buy are now limited.
