Help me word an E-mail!!

Hi all! I'm in Australia working at the moment, and I'm due to arrive home on Monday 16th May. I've received an E-mail telling me that I am required to travel to Aberdeen on Thursday 19th May to go offshore for the weekend. I know I'll be burst from the travel!! I could get the HSE guy involved, risk of accident blah blah blah. But without getting too involved at this point, how would the learned PH mass word an E-mail to get out of this offshore trip??

Has anyone been in a similar situation? If it makes much difference, I work 7 x 12hr shifts when I'm at work, so I wouldn't exactly be relaxing/recovering from my travel/jet lag.

It took me almost a week to get over the jet lag when I got to OZ! And I go on an 8 week project (7x13hr shift pattern) on the 25th, so I would have no time for some R and R. I would not like to be responsible for an accident caused by my fuzzy head!
