Hotel in Prague
Discussion
I've stayed here http://www.andelshotel.com/en/home/ it was excellent for the money, booked through expedia from memory and I couldn't fault it.
In terms of location I can't remember how central central actually is as it's so easy to get about on the trams and underground but I did walk back from this club in the early hours on night http://www.karlovylazne.cz/index2.php , so it can't be that far away!

Hotel Rott - a minute walk from the old town square - couldn't be handier.
The trams and Metro are very easy to use to get around too if you do end up a little further out.
ETA - the owners of the Hotel also own a limo company (E-class Mercs) and will arrange for a driver to meet you and drop you off at the airport for a very competitive price.
I booked direct with the Hotel's website and they emailed and asked if we wanted picked up - spot on.

Stayed there too. Great hotel, good breakfast, high standard of room. It's a bit more of a business hotel and it's in a commercial/shopping area.In terms of location I can't remember how central central actually is as it's so easy to get about on the trams and underground but I did walk back from this club in the early hours on night http://www.karlovylazne.cz/index2.php , so it can't be that far away!
It was around 15-20 minutes walk to Charles Bridge from memory.
Stayed year about 2 years ago, nice place and not that expensive.

If you have time I highly recommend a few drinks or a meal (one of the best steaks I've ever had) on the rooftop terrace of the Hotel U Prince near the old clock tower, it's open air but heated and a fantastic place to sit overlooking the entire city lit up at night.

That was the only reasonably priced place by the square IMO - and it has a huge menu. Enjoyed the meal we had there. The other joints were a rip off. Walk 100 yard from the square and the beer and food is way cheaper. http://www.hoteluprince.com/
Riverside Hotel - great rooms, no restaurant, but who needs one with the whole of Prague to choose from? Not cheap, but not in the Mandarin/Four Seasons silly price league.
We stayed here when we went: http://www.hotel-pav.cz/en/
