Toyota Corolla TTE Compressor Opinions?

As title says ,have seen one advertised locally to me and wondered if anyone had owned one etc thanks in advance

On paper they look great. Rare though.
How much are they now?

The car I'm looking at is 06 plate 39k miles fsh 1 owner up for £7995

IIRC EVO magazine had one as a long termer and sent it back as it was that boring.

There was one on a PH run last year - not sure if was modified but made a GREAT supercharger whine

Sounds expensive IMO, have looked at them before and would be aiming to pay £6k or slightly more for a 55 or 06 plate. They sound great and pull fantastically, a few mods and you have a truly capable car, although it is a marmite type of car in as much as it is very bland looking - personally I like the idea of something which looks a grandma shopping trolley but with 250bhp (with mods as said) and low weight.
