It's the same plate at least, so there is a chance something might happen in Rome this evening.

rtve.es Reports at least 10 dead, 2 earthquakes - one at 4.4, then a second at 5.2 magnitude at 18.47 this evening. Several buildings collapsed, 1 child dead.

Does seem rather spooky, regardless of being Spain rather than Italy. That said, he didn't predict the Japanese quake, so could just be coincidence. Quite an eye opening one mind you, and doesn't make it any less sad.

Let's just hope there aren't too many killed or injured; although I understand some people are still trapped.

Which Italian bloke?

Either way he got the country wrong and missed the 6th biggest quake in recorded history in Japan so my money's on coincidence.

Saw the news that someone predicted a biggy and Rome emptied yesterday. Need to open a Snake Oil shop there.

Clicky to two weeks quake history in the med

People are generally stupid, so don't be surprised at their sheep-like mentality of believing all the st they're fed.
