Used Hasso last year, not in the terminal (but thats a good thing if you know how busy the car hire booths can be if you happen to arrive at the same time as a lot of other flights). Minibus picks you up from arrivals and to their office just outside the airport, no other probs with car (new Pug 308) and able to leave in the airport carpark on departure. Very cheap at the time.

I've had two cars in Palma - one through Record who were rude and insistent on key and wheel insurance and when declined insisted on swiping my credit card for 300 euros or something pending safe return (no problem as they didn't debit anything, it was just their attitude). Insult to injury was the Picasso they gave me and the shoddy child seat which was pretty crap and hard to fit. I accept that most companies have abused and poor condition child seats but these were pretty bad and we had a choice, some were even worse.

Otherwise Goldcar were good - had a Fiesta through them without any problem.

Both companies provided a clean undented car though, unlike some.

I have booked this time trhough DoYouSpain who came back with Record but on request they changed it to Goldcar. Needless to say, neither amy be representative and it may just be the luck of the draw.
