Can't get roof up!

Tell you what,m with this glorious weather we've been having lately my roof is never up! Anyone else having the same? Do you feel a sense of pride when you drive past a fellow 5er with their roof up?

I flopped it down one afternoon the other day... by later that evening it was so stiff I think I put my back out getting it back into place.
