Hi mate,

I noticed in one of the threads, a few pics of the interior of your car, well nice by the way!

that you have alloy gear gate,do you have any advice on fitting this as i just got one from ebay however didnt come with instructions just the gate and two screws and rubber rawlnuts.

your advice would be most welcome!

thanks steve.

Hi Stephen,

I'm not Dragstar but I hope I'm of some help.

AFAIK, the ones on Ebay (like this: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=36676&item=7901071187&rd=1&ssPageName=WDVW)need to be drilled in place. That's what put me off buying one. There are some that are available from EliseParts, etc that can be glued in place.

Cheers,

Junior Mint

#I am the one and only... there's nobody i'd rather be, I am the one and only# (repeat until fade)

Unfortunately Ste, the cover was part of the car when i brought it

I do believe it is drilled in though, just keep a steady hand (have a wank first...the seratonin (sp?) will calm you down, thus do you good)

Alternatively, light a spliff
