It was on last night, no-one see this?
Druggies in prison getting £10,000 from the tax-payer for being denied drugs, sex offenders getting themselves taken off the offenders list, Abu Hamza not thrown out of the country, all because they breach human rights..
'human rights have become a byword for foolish decisions'...biggrin

This is always a difficult one - we should have rights, but there are limits (and the cases you note seem to be going too far!).

It's simple - if you behave in an inhuman manner, you lose your human rights.

Some would say that speeding or not believing in AGW is inhuman... Where do you draw the line?

And no rights? Well, I think that is a step too far (and I am no hand wringing liberal by any stretch!).
