Clio engine code D4F D740 will it fit?

I have an engine for a Renault Clio 1.2 16v (engine code D4F D740) I bought it for my old Clio that then got changed for a Tigra (I know but that's going too) I have just been asked if it will fit a 2006 1.2 16v Clio expression? anyone know? I don't know if its a case of them having to buy a new wiring loom and new ECU and they are good to go or what?
