No extra charge for prawns so main meal is ANYTHING off the menu. Fantastic price for the curry night including the coach, and the food is excellent.

20 booked already and only 50 places available (a coach full) so please book early. Food is excellent (from waht I can recall) and a great start to the weekend of fun.

Usually got about 40+ by now but nowhere near and not even close to covering the coach cost. If anyone is coming please let us know asap or we may need to get a few more quid each to cover the coach charge.
This for me is the best part of the weekend - very relaxed and controllable numbers, with excellent food. Generally, most who are coming along have been 4 or 5 times now proving it is great vfm.

Can't believe this isn't more popular ! We went last year and it was a top evening , brilliant food and loads of laughs. Booked again for this year.
As a Chimie owner, the table in the car park was a little uncalled for though (I am expecting to get indoors this year !)

Can't wait - anyone pondering - get it booked !!

I'll second that Cookie, it is a great night and a good way of getting to know people if you've not been to a Growl before.

Was a great idea in theory but it didn't really work in practice and we ended up funding the difference out of the charity money which I'm not doing again. Will have a think if there is a simpler way - mind you it'll be easy with the amount we've got booked.

Only 20 booked which isn't anywhere near the cost of the coach which I've got to pay in full on Monday. Usually in the low 40's so really poor take up this year.
If anyone else is joing us please let me know now otherwise those booked are going to have to pay more each for the coach I'm afraid - about £4 each at the minute. Need another 10 people to break even. The alternative is to cancel which I don't want to have to do.

Can't believe that so few have booked, no problem here though if you need a few extra quid to make up the difference and i'm sure everyone else who has booked will chip in aswell. Would be a real shame to cancel.
