As organised by the Taxpayers' Alliance to take place tomorrow in London? Details here.

I'm currently trying (and failing) to persuade my wife that this would be a good day out with kids of 8, 5 & 3! hehe

I wonder how many people they'll get, and whether the British Broadcasting Communists will give it any airtime?

PS - Apologies if this is a repost. No search facility on Blackberry!

So he's on his Blackberry, do they not have a scroll feature? The thread was literally five posts from the top of the forum.

It doesn't matter whether people protest for or against the cuts, the bottom line is that Mr Brown and Bliar damn near bankrupted the country with their reckless spending and it needs to be fixed. So CMD is getting on with it - same as always happens - Liebour scum get in, p**s money up the wall, then the Tories get in a fix it for a while, then people don't like that (it's not as nice as when there is an "endless" supply of money to pay for services) then vote for Liebour again....

A great idea. We need more of this; the usually silent majority making a stand at last (instead of the left who seem to have so much time on their hands trying to push for social and economic destruction).

The Taxpayers Alliance aren't the slient majority, they are a vocal right wing pressure group who think rich people should keep as much cash as possible. There believe in tax cuts for bankers and the dismantling of the health service. Hardly people too worried about social welfare and economic responsiblity.

They certainly represent my views, unlike the parasites that turned out for the unions a while back.

I'm not sure about what you are suggesting.

Do you think that tax rises for bankers would be a good thing?

I am guessing you are a leftie. After all, completely wrong and attacking the people rather than a policy...

You see, they believe in low tax FOR ALL. Not just "bankers". And better services for those taxes.

Nor do they seek to dismantle the health service.

Perhaps you might want to read their manifesto before talking s**e about them as that really just makes you look uneducated and ignorant.

Where do you get this from? CMD is spending more then Brown, and it relying on very high growth to pay for it.
