The original indicators are a great prize, what else it there ?
The PH SCH2011 feed dosnt show anything yet re the raffle.
Was thinking, I know what time of night is the but my 5 year
old Autistic son George is up, bad dream Will the T Shirt printing Club guys (as at Chatworth) be at SC?
With a 25th Aniv. T shirt or the regalia stand ?

I will post a full list of raffle prizes shortly - they are slowly being confirmed/received.
With regards to the indicators - we will be conducting a seperate raffle for these & I will post details shortly, including cost of tickets & whether we can 'open' the raffle up to those who are not attending S Club (although I must admit my initial thought is that this could prove trick).

As Jaye says the indicators will be raffled seperately, how this will be done is up to Jaye and he will promulgate when he has decided but just to whet the appetite, these are the actual items.I will post a full list of raffle prizes shortly - they are slowly being confirmed/received.

I've found a way of getting the tax advantages anyway - once I've got all the SCH money together and done the sums I make the payment as a personal donation to the website and then the tax benefit gets added, not a problem as long as everyone is paying "me" rather than the charity although probably not exactly within the tax rules.
In other words I personnally make a "paper profit" from the event and donate the "paper profit" in its entirety to the charity in my name. Saves having to get everyone to fill out a tax form for each donation which would then be entirely within the tax rules.

It's not so much sorting the money - it's the allocation of the purchased tickets.
I guess it's a matter of trust from those that have bought tickets & are not at the event, that their tickets are then included in the raffle.
I will create a seperate post when I'm back from France tomorrow to gauge interest - payment can be done to paypal/cheque & I can then just pass the money to Mark with the rest I suppose.

I hope you are enjoying France. I had a chat with Tinks this morning and as I stated the raffle is up to you, but tinks and I thought that one option would be to allow anyone interested to buy a single ticket (paying you by cheque or paypal) for a fixed sum (probably £5, £7.50 or £10 to make sure they make at least as much for the charity as selling on ebay would).
We could have an independent adjudicator (noting that Ken Appleton's widow, Janet, is probably presenting the trophies (just have to finally confirm with her) at the event to ensure that all those who are not at the event are included.
