Front Indicator Bulb Type

Hi All,

I need to oder some amber (or silvered) indicator bulbs to go behind my new smoked indicator lenses. Can someone advise the bulb number that I should be ordering.

I've done a search on this forum and google'd but can't seem to find this information anywhere...

Its a bog standard 12v 21w single filament bulb, I can't imagine there are many different indicator bulbs are there?

Aye, thats what I thought. So I went to my local Halfrauds and bought a pair.

When I got them home the pins were offset so didn't fit.

Went back and they said the only ones they had with non offset pins were silvered ones at £7.99 each!

Seen some on t'internet but just wanted to make sure they are the right ones.

Not been for a while but I know our local ATS had indicator bulbs on a stand in the waiting room.

Search for Lucas 12V 21W Pair Amber Indicator Lamp Bulbs LLB343 plenty on the electric interweb or eBay

Hi Guys,

Thanks for the replies. Thanks to Norm's pointer (i.e. I needed a 343 not a 581) I managed to locate a pair of Silvertec 343's for £4.15 delivered (on the bay).

I have, but they only open Monday to Friday! Such is the joy of living in Scotland!!
