Hi all,
I have been putting together a little drive out route for Sunday ending at the Heritage Motor Centre, with lunch/refreshments at a nearby pub on the way round.
This will not be an epic drive out, probably about a half hour or so round some back country roads, just to "blow the cobwebs away", etc.
There will be a unique Wedge photo opporunity on the way round, for about 10 cars (or if there are more, we can take turns).
I have negotiated a cheap rate to get into the Museum of £8 per person on the door, or £6 if you let me know in advance (just reply here with number required), and apart from the normal exhibits the Leyland Society Rally is attending so lots of big old lorries and the like.
If you want to make your own way there the Centre is at: CV35 0BJ heritage-motor-centre.co.uk, it's an easy drive up the Fosse Way, and the M40 is nearby for escaping afterwards.
