Bit of advice please for an e30 1.6

Hi there everyone

First post in here. I'm after a bit of advice really. I'm looking at buying an e30 as a bit of a weekend toy/hobby

Is there anything I should look out for on them. Check over at all? Iv seen a 316in the classifieds that would do me but don't want to rush into anything.

Any advice anyone can give would be much appreciated
