Does anyone know what caused Paul Stokel's Diablo to lose power, spit sparks out of one exhaust. I thought it was something broken, blocking one exhaust, causing the loss of power, then the heat built up until it broke down whatever the blockage was and blew it out the back in a hail of sparks and debris.

But the commentators kept saying he ran over something, despite the exhaust glowing hot???

Ah that exhaust doesn't look so good. But I haven't actually watched Oran Park yet.
