I've seen a nice Alfa 159 Sportwagon, it ticks all the boxes, right engine, right interior, right price.

The problem is, it's in London. Surely this means it's been used in several drive-by shootings, possibly some knife attacks on promising young footballers and undoubtedly the kidnap of impressionable young girls to be used in the human trafficking trade and sold to pimps all over the frightful land of England. Of course, there's also the ramraiding that goes on, I'd be concerned about it having been used in that.

Am I worrying about nothing?

Yes, anyone using a car for criminal purposes involving a quick getaway wouldn't use anything as unreliable as an Alfa. It's probably had an easy life sat at the side of a picturesque Kent B-road relaxing with fluids delighfully oozing from it's blown head gasket.

Funny but the other one was about the weather in scotland rather than the actual place. 0/10.

Very clever internet detectiving lads, yes, I do indeed live in Edinburgh.

However, I have little love for the place and I am not Jockanese, this thread is not a defensive blow against the English, merely a tongue-in-cheek reply.

How can you acknowledge it's humour, yet still give it 0/10?

The weather influences the place. Crappy Scottish weather, lots of dour Jocks. Filthy London smog, lots of stabbings.

It's not actually funny I just said it was so I wouldn't be called a grumpy sod when I slated it.

So if I start a thread titled 'Would You Buy A Car From A Travellers Camp?' I'd get absolutely no grief whatsoever from the mods?

Excellent! hehe
