Well chaps this was my first uk track day i normally just go to the nurburgring.

the track was great and the compression on some sections reminded me of the ring.

i have only owned the m3 for about 4 months but have driven my fair share of them. so this was a good chance to give my daily runner a good blast round a dry and wet track.
the power flex bushes worked a treat keeping everything in shape, the good conti sp5's with the 10mm spacers on were super and it handled good even with stock spring shocks etc.

the only real let down were the brakes but i didnt every thing they were going to just give up after 2 laps ther just had lost the feel and i managed to get one of the rears smoking.

even in the wet it was very controlled and very impressive.

now for some pics.

I like the colour contrast (probably wrong description boxedin ) on the track photos, particularly the bottom one.

I was there instructing on Friday, great day out with the BMWCC during the day and then an evening session hosted by MSV for BMW GB, a total of about 200 miles in the passenger seat over the day wobble

well it was a great day, my first track day in the uk as i tend to just go to the nurburgring.

it was very well organised and i really enjoyed it.

i was very pleased with how the M3 did. keep your eyes peeled for total bmw as im writing a review regards the day and a few shots will be in there as well.

Looks a great circuit, I would be a bit nervous in the wet with a M3 though.

I did Silverstone yesterday with the M3 and the brakes were crap, with my old trackcar I could get it to stand on its nose.
