Does anyone know if the handbrake lever on the S2 is a standard part off something else?

Nice though it is ......I'm wanting to change my slide on plastic grip for a satin finished alloy one if I can find out what I need to buy for (Sierra, Granny, Cortina .....Skoda estelle I've no idea???).

Thanks,
Kevin

Shnozz changed the grip on his old S for a shiny one, so he should be able to tell you.

keep it quiet - didnt leave it on the car when Simon bought it

Thought I'd need one on the next TVR so its now proudly sat on the chim

I hated the cheap and nasty one on there. I bought a leven straight handle. Must admit to thinking it was a bit pricey (about £50) but its a very nice piece of kit.

Hi Phil,

Just e-mailed you saying much the same of the Leven ....at £56 probably without VAT it is rather expensive.

Handbrake must be off soemthing else I suspect?

I'll let you know if I find out.

Cheers,
Kevin

in fairness its a case of you get what you pay for. I looked at some of the max power type handbrake handles (Ripspeed et al) in Halfrauds and they were cheap and nasty in comparison and around the £25 mark. The leven one is a lovely piece of kit
