Just back from the day, had a great time, weather was perfect and very few radicals/racecars to keep an eye out for.

There was a good mix of cars out there today, the usual GT3RS but quite a few marques with similar performance to the M3.

Tried to keep up with GLB in his 997GT3, (thx for the passenger ride in the afternoon if you read this) I made a couple of errors and there was no hope of catching up. Did manage to stay with a Morgan later, pretty quick for an old car.

Just the one spin, middle of becketts, probably a combination of a bit slippy as my line is a bit off usual there, low petrol and going a bit too quick.

Oh yea, Smart for twos wouldn't be my choice as a trackcar!

I was there in my GT3, had a great day, plenty of space and a good variety of cars.
Smart car wouldn't have been my choice for a track day and seeing one on its side at Copse confirmed that!

I hear they're painting themselves up to look like Jades now. Worried about coming out as Radicalists.

Picking up the new trackcar on Friday, its orange but its not a radical. Needs a bit of tinkering with but should be at a trackday soon.

That looks very tasty. What have you got to do to it when you get it?

Seats need the bolt in sides rather than the adjustable rail, harnesses and a strut bar. Bumpers need aligning a bit better, battery needs securing, get the fluids changed, vanos filter and things like that. Keep me busy for a while.

The exhaust is a bit loud.
