Should I be worried?
Discussion
None of us are doctors so it might just be worth getting it checked out..
I've been before when I thought it was nothing and I've been admitted straight to hospital.. And there's been a time where I've gone in and left 30 seconds later.
The best thing to do is just go in for piece of mind

I had the same thing but stupidly didn't wory about it. Got really bad during a game of squash
I went to see my doctor after a snowboarding accident and he found my blood pressure to be slightly high.
That made sense since I was helping an old company relocate, and could eat and drink as I wished. So starter, steak and pudding every night.
My blood pressure is now back to normal and I can no longer feel my heart beating every time.

Ok,
Lately, I can always hear (and feel?) my heart beating in my chest.
Yes, I am under a lot of pressure right now.
So, is this normal enough or do I want to get someone (ideally a doctor, but I am not toooo fussy) to take a look at me!?!?

You cant feel high blood pressure...
My heart rate was in the low 40's at the time, I guess because of doing sport, and I could certainly feel my heart beating... and I can't now.Apparently high blood pressure and low heart rate asks a lot of the heart, which I guess is the reason I coudl feel by heart beating.
