Stayed in a great hotel in Babbacombe, Devon on Saturday night - The COOMBE COURT HOTEL.
A very good hotel. It was spotless.
We got an excellent friendly welcome with none of the usual 'i'll have your money now & you can sod off to your room' nonsense.
Exactly the opposite - taken straight into the extremely plush conservatory where we were given freshly made tea & coffee after which we were then shown to our room.
Breakfast yesterday morning was a proper hearty freshly cooked full english (needed something to soak up the previous nights alcohol intake!!!) & it was served at a leisurely, relaxed pace.
Checkout - easy, simply, stress free & no hassle.
Would (will) stay there again even though i have a place in Dartmouth.
Thoroughly recommended & they deserve a mention.
