Hey guys
Thought i'd post up here and see if anyone could recommend a welder/panel beater that will be able to shape some new panels for me as long as weld them in and my replacement arch panels on my Hillman Imp. Would prefer a homer to try and save as much as i can since i'm on a tight budget(first car), but with the work involved i doubt i'll get it as a homer.
If it meant getting a bit taken of the final bill, i would happily have a vinyl wrap to advertise the company for the next year or so....
Look forward to hearing from you
Regards,

Keyring, my son (Mattius on here) came out with a similar plea a few years ago for his Spitfire. The problem is that 'projects' inevitably throw out more work than is viable for a commercial bodyshop.
His solution was to buy a cheap welder and teach himself to weld which he did successfully, resulting in a fully restored solid car.
Not the answer you were looking for for your first post I know.
(Edited to take out smartass comment having seen OberJ's second post)
